Personality: Rhythm is the type of ‘person’ to just go along with life and where it takes him…with making a few mischievous sparks of his own of course. He’s a pyromaniac with a hate for water (except for when its necessary) and would never turn down someone in need…as much as he would like to sometimes. The red-head is attracted to the misery of other people and an inward instinct to help ‘guide’ them to a better place in their lives…even while he himself would rather leave such people alone to fend for themselves. He doesn’t believe he has found anyone truly worthy of guiding out of the honesty of his heart yet, and may be bluntly honest in his opinions.

Since his last year at the academy, he has grown to enjoy people, though he still distrusts most of them inwardly. And due to his naivety, the wisp decided to learn more about the world so he wasn't as....awkward...with it. He's now a bit more hardened and serious with life after getting into a bit of trouble with his once enemy, now loose friend Nobel...and what else happened to him, hes not sure what to say.

History: Growing up in a normal ‘home’, Rhythm always felt like he was the one left out in the midst of his ghostly family. As he grew to be an older spirit however, he grew an attachment to a kind old woman who visited the marsh frequently, and with her help regained a more human form. He has lived with her ever since his twelfth human year, and at her passing wish, was sent to Brookview Academy to make something of his new life…if he didn’t want to go back to being just another spirit in the marshlands.

His time spent at the academy has made him more open to others and eager to learn, with a small price. After loosely befriending another student, Nobel, under encouragement from peer pressure, the wisp was dared to go into the building of an abandoned power plant, where he was zapped, and some memories of his former life before he was a wisp came to him.

History he remembers from the zap:

He recalls vaguely that he was a different person all together, who was called 'Peter'., a boy with brown hair and green eyes. He remembers being hungry and being surrounded by violence, and riots in the streets...the streets of where, hes not so certain, but he knows its England, where he came from. Then fire, and running through the marshland. He's in the middle of trying to remember more and piece it together.

(Additional: He doesn't know it yet, but he was a victim of the 'Year without a Summer' in 1816, when Arson, looting, and riots broke out all over London and other cities, migrants from Whales and Ireland came to Britain due to the strange weather where it frosted and rained all summer long, and crops were relatively destroyed throughout Northern America and Upper western Europe. Tensions were high then, and hunger drove many people to madness, or to move out of the country.)

Too much sunlight begins to make him see through...

If he touches someone for too long, he begins to see small flashes of their future fate (that is always subject to change). This unfortunate ability tempts him often, even if he inwardly doesn't really want to know or be nosy. With free souls however, he finds it the most sad...he doesn't have to touch them to see what their life could've been like.
